TPM REVERSE SHOULDER SYSTEM (TPM-RSS)

The Tipmed Reverse Shoulder System (TPM-RSS) contents variable humeral stem options to satisfy the needs of surgeons for primary, anatomic, and reverse conversion of anatomic to reverse and fractures.

The standard stems (122 mm) are conventional and ideal for stem optimizing both bone preservation and length stability. The use of mini stems (83 mm) and micro stems (55 mm) are designed to facilitate an efficient operation and avoid stress shielding humeral component subsidence and loosening. It may decrease the rate of preoperative and postoperative humeral shaft fracture and facilitate the revision if needed. The fracture stem also available for special situations such as pleno-humeral arthrosis, multi-fragmented humerus fractures, or multi-fragmented distal humeral head fractures.

Proximally porous coated humerus stems are indicated for cemented or uncemented applications. Manufactured from Titanium Alloy.
