All the machines and equipments used in machining production in the company are equipped with the latest high technology. All the personnel approach the work in a scrupulous way in every phase of the production with the principle of ‘’quality before anything else’’. Following the technological developments closely, our company raises its production capacity day by day. Implants in complex geometrical forms suitable for human anatomy are produced by means of Cad-Cam supported software programmes in precise measuring on computer assisted manufacturing benches in the CNC section in the production department. A computer assisted automatic sliding bench with 13 axes put into use newly in the CNC section has introduced a new kind of production competence minimizing the production phases based on gaining a finished product from raw materials. Our company is in a position to meet the demands from the departments of orthopaedics, traumatology and neurosurgery in the shortest time possible thanks to its high qualified manufacturing capacity. The components which are produced according to ISO 13485 quality programme and CE standards are packed and stored in a clean room area in our company under complete sterile conditions. We dispatch our products in non-sterile or sterile packages as required by clients.
